Here’s my 2025 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio:
I said it in July: “Growth is the signal, once it begins, the only way is forward.”
2025 proved it. 💪🏾
This year wasn’t about perfection. It was about consistency — even on the days I only had 1% to give. That’s still showing up. That’s still progress.
Here’s what made 2025 count:
✅ Completed a 7-month Action Learning Cycles programme with 74 participants from 40 organisations. Collective learning, systems thinking, real challenges — sustainable financing, climate change, SRHR. What a ride.

✅ Obtained my Child Protection for International Schools certification from Tes — directly relevant to my work at Lincoln Community School.

✅ Publicly declared my ambition: to become a leader in Digital Communication in Ghana. The work is silent, but the influence is loud, strong, and clear.
Looking back at my posts this year, the theme was consistent — growth, value creation, and embracing challenges. When I wrote about being ready to “shock myself with progress” in September, I meant it:

What did I learn? Don’t chase butterflies; grow a garden, and they’ll come to you. Focus on building intrinsic value. Show up even when it’s hard. Learn with others, not just for yourself.
2025 reminded me that greatness isn’t a destination — it’s the daily commitment to keep pushing, keep learning, keep creating impact with whatever tools you have.
